As we are invariably representing clients at the Falkirk Sheriff Court civil court each Wednesday, we are more than happy to accept agency instructions from other firms of solicitors for the civil court, and for other attendances during the week, for instance, to discharge Proof diets, if we have someone available to do so.
We can also assist with uplifting and returning steps of process, representing your clients at interim hearings, and conducting taxations.
